No court in the world will accept to prosecute a suspect based on evidence only available to the jury, NEVER .
If the judgement is dealt behind closed doors, still, the evidence is shown to ALL the parts involved, leaving the public and media out of it. But not the victims and involved parts
Having access to the incriminating evidence is an essential, non-negotiable right.
