Remove 24 hour timelimit for complaints

Stupid rule
Moved to suggestions

Also, the reason why the 24 hour is like this is because Karbz himself said:

@everyone

If you would like to report someone it can be carried out either in-game or a report done on the forums.

However please note if you would like to report someone on the forums it must be done within 24 hours of the incident happening.

Too many people are reporting players / incidents with a pretty lengthy delay between when it happens and is reported.

In one particular incident the report was made 10 days later, if it bothered you that much the report would have been made in a quicker manner not 10 days later.

It becomes difficult for staff themselves to investigate stuff that are 10 or above days later because why? It's just too much.

then make it 5 days cuz if i report an aimbotter the evidence will be older than 24 hours
atleast extend it to cheaters this rules discourages player reporting
+1

SOLID and ACCEPTED VIDEO FOOTAGE WAS REJECTED BECAUSE IT WAS POSTED 3 DAYS LATER ONLY. Wtf!

Some "Brilliant" reasonings :

https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOfQbmnT9Jf

- I was AFK  intermittently, in a secluded area, beside my personal vehicle

- Reported player was around (spawned?) but I never interacted with her.

- Reported player steals my bike, and ditches it into the water , destroying it, at Verona Beach

- No rev active. Still, admin said the evidence was posted off time and invalided it. BS!

So, picture this:

You are about to go on holiday, get in-game for a chill session before departure, and a blatant, very obvious hacker messes up with you. And you luckily capture video footage, a very clear and incriminating evidence of him RULE-BREAKING, NOT EVEN A SHADOW OF A DOUBT. The clip is saved on your HD, and decide to post a few days later. That's when admin shows up, sees the video And says "😋The guy is a obvious rulebreaker, even with high XP in-game. But you know what? You took too long to post. So he isn't a rulebreaker and he can keep RULE-BREAKING. I don't think, I only follow rules. Bye"

A RULE-BREAKER BEING LET GO FOR A TECHNICALITY?  THAT'S UNFAIR

Abiding to that 24h rule, should be considered as a way of IGNORING RULEBREAKING. And that is against rules, "anti-constitutional" as shown below:

A member of staff has purposefully been ignoring rule-breakers or reports
As stated in: Valid reasons for staff complaint.
https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,1188.0.html

- Technicalities CAN'T AND SHOULDN'T ABSOLVE rulebreaking . A RULE-BREAKER can't be let go for a technicality ESPECIALLY when the VIDEO EVIDENCE showed all the rulebreaking in detail. It is An unfair overruling, and unofficial because it should be posted and fixed in the player complaints section , just As all essential forum-related reminder-posts are, for everyone to know and have in mind. Not in a third party app.

Please note the gaslighting carried out by moderation on the second intervention.
https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,27988.0.html 🥴🥴🥴

- Report didn't require any deeper or further investigation, or didn't have Video. It has solid video proof. It was accepted. I would say that the time limit of 72 hours could be too late only if i hadn't shown anything. Just a plain text complaint. Only then, I would have accepted a 24h time limit to post evidence, BUT I  HAD  ALREADY DONE IT. Still, 24-72h?!  SOUNDS UNFAIR THAT VERY SOLID EVIDENCE IS INVALIDED FOR A FEW HOURS, NOT EVEN WEEKS OR WEEKDAYS

- I'M NOT CALLING TO DISRESPECT RULES, JUST ENFORCE WITH FLEXIBILITY ON TECHNICALITIES,. The reason why there are people behind rule enforcement is so that there is proper interpretation, not just plain, thoughtless robot-centered-thinking.

Thanks for your attention

Lol, all the no-self-thought admins came and voted -1. I bet this is a rule for lazy admins to have less workload and having no necessity to learn to read logs.

For the record :
It's not a coincidence, the very same admins that just voted minus 1, were the ones that ignored a incriminating video of a RULE-BREAKER just because it was posted "tOo lAtE"

What are you talking about? Lol i think you have a hard time reading or understanding written rules because i showed you a clear image of Karbz making announcement saying reports that are reported after 24 hours are not going to be handled and you ignored that and created another report after seeing everything clearly
We all rejected your complaint because of the rule Karbz announced we are not going to by pass it we follow it so go and complain to Karbz about it not here
And also stop going off the suggestion topic your response has nothing to do with the suggestion

Just because something is "LEGAL" doesn't make it FAIR.

Just because an "admin" decides one day to  OVERRULE , in a third-party app as DC, rather than posting it and 📌 pin it in the OFFICIAL FORUM SECTION, that "Rulebreakers reported, no matter how incriminating is the evidence, after 24h will not be punished" doesn't make it FAIR .

It's called OVERRULING because it's overlapping a made-up rule over a PRINCIPLE OF FAIRNESS. Rulebreakers can't and shouldn't be absolved for technicalities, posted officially or not. You guys are ignoring, in this case. Solid valid evidence just because it was spotted 1 day later. Specially when evidence is conclusive and obvious, like video.

Players, not admins, are trying to get a fair amount of days to post. We are not saying "accept my logs.txt from a year ago", we are saying that if this shit rule will be a official thing, POST IT ON OFFICIAL FORUMS AND MAKE IT 3 -5 DAYS.
