ShadowWalker kindly grant me jail breaking, cuff esc and robbery skill back as they were 100 percent before i encountered this bug(cuff esc wasn't exactly 100 but i don't remember)

Hi. Thank you for reporting this issue.
We will only restore progress if one or more of the following circumstances is true:
- You have solid proof that the progress was lost (e.g. recent screenshot or video)
- We have logs that show your old progress, or the issue created a log (e.g. an error was logged)
- We are able to replicate the issue
- Many players are consistently facing the same issue
Currently none of these are true. We will continue to investigate but please know this isn’t a high priority issue as it’s only been reported once and isn’t game-breaking.
Mike well well, as i am particularly affected by theee issues (in the past too),you should restore my skills as soon as possible because i can't play as before. Can't breakout( i always broke out after 30s, always.), i can't break cuffs, i can't rob, making me pretty much lag behind a lot. I gave you a video where all the skills got resettled. and what i ask now is simply that you restore my jail break, robbery and cuff breaking skills to 100 as they were 100. you can enquire players that i always used to breakout and stuff and failed very rarely to confirm that i had those skills if you don't wanna take my word on it. Kindly grant it a bit fast.
now if you'd see the attached video, you'll notice that the skills got resettled. And there is no way that a year old player would have these(current) skills after having like 60k score. it's not possible even if you don't train skills so there you go. one of the conditions are satisfied for you to restore them asap. And i don't have any problem you can keep it out of your priorities but you gotta give them

The video you provided contains you in jail showing your current /skills which isn't enough to help replicate this bug We need more information like what you were doing before your skills got reset if backed up with evidence it would be awesome.
And also to get your skills restored one of the following must be true said Mike

you can see the current skills are all close to 10.00 right? You guys are bringing up too many formalities to solve the real problem. Just give me my skills back what's the deal?? Your server put me behind and i would've said that some admin resettled them on purpose(provided that this bug is so rare and is only specific to me). Why waste so much time just give me my skills back everybody knows i had 100 percent jail break, cuff break and robbery skills and idc abt the other ones. it's your duty to restore things as they were even if the problem is encountered by only one player. Don't go in search of replicating this issue. Just grant me the skills back. it's been a week
OMG_Gangsta1 really sorry for the delay. Do you remember anything out of the ordinary that happened before you had seen your /skills being trained to 0?

he is honest not bec he is my friend but he actually always breakout jail fast so why he will lie about skills yk
