$mw shows a random number when there is no most wanted

- What happened exactly? i tried to look for most wanteds, but there wasn't any but server showed numbers instead of showing no mws found.
- What circumstances may have led to the issue?  $mw
- Has anyone else experienced the issue?  definitely

- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves? use $mw when there is no most wanted criminals.

Also check it with other commands like $cop $sus $chase etc

same thing with $sus when there is no suspects.
