Custom casino Interiors(LS & SF) Will clip the player into the void in high ping

- What's the issue?
> Custom casinos in LS and SF can clip the player into the void causing them to land in invisible San Andreas if they had a parachute.

- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?
>It affects most of time for me and can affect other players with an average 100+ ping, its literally a gamble for me 🙁

- Can you replicate this issue?
> Yes, even if I'm not trying.
> (You have to have an average ping of 100+ or more for better impactivity)
by entering a casino with that ping you have a chance of spawning under the floor in both going inside the casino (Both LS and SF) and going outside of the casino (SF Only)

Idea on this fix:
I noticed that banks and the 24/7 shops have a preloaded floor added, so why not we apply it on entrances on the casino?
or if under the floor, the game auto teleports you to the entrance you're in.
