Add a small interior for porta potty

You don't lose wanted level inside an interior so how would you lose cops this way?

Ehm... You can easily be /loc'd but I wouldn't mind an interior like this, I don't believe it will help anyone in evading cops, unless the cops are blind. But I'm not against it since it sounds cool

I would hide from oG's wrath here.

Make it so it also hides the text if someone is in there (like other interiors do) and randomize the /loc if used on the person inside it
