Make testers able to start a votation to kick a player

+1, but with no limits. Testers are trusted.

Hold on a minute, why would a tester need to initiate a votekick when he/she's confident enough to do it by themselves? A votekick isn't actually needed.

Edit: players can just text a tester who's in the server that a player needs to be kicked due to whatever reason.

Great suggestion. Personally think only testers may kick players tho. A voting system could easy be abused by normal players.
