First of all, lol. If people are good ar decision making they won't use this all the time. About not getting wanted, it's a cops and robbers server, you usualy play cop, people litterary blow themselves up so they don't do desk duty. It's a dead time(i do not say it's not necesary, it is, but if sometimes you can skip it for cash, same as real life, it would be cool).
