Proposal for Rustler and Seasparrow Balancing

I wanted to open a discussion regarding the current state of Rustlers and Seasparrows in the game. It seems that these aircraft have become exceptionally powerful, often leading to frustrating situations where they can swiftly destroy our vehicles, leaving us vulnerable to attacks from both the ground and air. I believe it's time to consider some adjustments to balance their impact on the gameplay.

Concerns:

Vehicle Destruction Speed: Currently, Rustlers and Seasparrows can destroy vehicles within seconds, often catching us off guard and leaving us in a disadvantaged position against pursuing players.

Chained Attacks: Being chased by both a cop car and an attacking aircraft can create overwhelming scenarios where we're forced to fend off attacks from multiple fronts.

Player Engagement: The strength of these aircraft might deter some players from engaging in vehicle-based activities due to the fear of rapid destruction.

Suggested Changes:

To address these concerns, I propose the following adjustments to the Rustler and Seasparrow mechanics:

Reduced Bullet Damage to Vehicles: One possible solution is to lower the bullet damage these aircraft deal to vehicles. This adjustment would increase the time it takes for them to destroy a vehicle, giving players a better chance to respond and react.

Fire Rate Adjustment: Another option is to lower the fire rate of these aircraft. This change would make the attacks less frequent and grant players more opportunities to counter or evade incoming fire.

Mf proposing?? You prop joe?

alot of people still stay in their car and just db idk what ur on about
Imagine you and a friend have just robbed a bank. The two of you are inside a Bullet, trying to escape from a pursuing cop car. Gunfire is exchanged between you, adding to the tension of the situation. However, out of nowhere, a Seasparrow suddenly appears and destroys your car within a matter of seconds. Now both of you are on foot, dealing with the cops inside the car and a Seasparrow in the air that is trying to shoot/helichop you. Lets even say the Seasparrow left after he exploded your car. 2 on foot vs 2 in car. Is this a balanced scenario?

your suggestion is a joke no one can fly a rustler in one place and shoot so therefore rustler guns aren't that much op, rustlers are to scare reds and abt sparrow its just 600hp in between 0-600 it blow at 250 so sparrow is just 350hp aircraft 3 or 4 sniper shots to blade  u can easily destroy it

I appreciate where you're going with your suggestion, but IMO the Rustlers are fine, but Seasparrows should be removed completely.

Probably that's what I saw. It's frustrating if you're being chased by another car or multiple cars.

it blows your car before you blow it. That's bad. You get on foot vs 2 cop cars.
