Your IP address here does not match the IP address last used to play on that account. Therefore we cannot confirm your identity and cannot reset that accounts password.

In game: GucciWalker
But my computer is broken now, and I'm typing on the phone. I don't know if my computer will change IP once reset, I hope not, so how should I make you accept that I am the owner of GucciWalker?

Your ip address here does not match what it is ingame.

Your IP address at forum doesn't match the one in the game so I can't confirm that it is you to reset it.
