Add mobile phone feature

Its not original, a lot of server have the mobile phone but i like the idea

- Unoriginal
- Doesn't fit in with the 1992 setting
- Won't add anything of value, you can do all those things via the Interaction Menu

Mike what about adding pagers or satellite phones? Coz they were there back in 1992

Mike first of all pagers give the underworld criminal feeling pagers can be used to send short personal transcripts  to players and alerting them about dangers,etc. Yes Pms are a way of communication but many players have blocked pms so they will need pagers to communicate if far away. Satellite phones can be used for setting up bounty anytime we want from anywhere a perk will be one who sets the bounty will not get a wanted level as he could not be traced using the Satellite phone, secondly it can be used for calling up for bribes by this way criminals don't need to visit a phone booth to do so and saves a lot of time basically a portable phone booth which will have similar features.

Mike I think this would positively increase the interaction with the bounties, whether it's with mobile phones or satellite phones, it's kind of annoying having to look for a public phone to do it.

bounties increase the internal game and the circulation of money.
