Trial System
Trial system was a system introduced to RA long time ago but there was no info written about it publicly, So I decided to write one about it.
Trials are given to those who we are willing to give a chance to prove himself to be a worthy member to those who have Bad pasts, Low score, Previous Rule breaking Infractions or no one had much interactions with in our crew so we need to get to know them more.
In a trial, You are given some time (Period depends on the reason you are given a trial, Can be days or weeks) in which you hang out with the crew doing team work and proving to be a trusted friendly companion. Then, You are given your permanent RA membership if everything goes well.
Notes:
-Trial members wear tags.
-Trial members can be kicked for minor rule breaking as if they can't prove to be trusted with basic things then what else should we worry about.
-Trial members are treated in-game like any other member, There is no difference in treating them in terms of helping and etc.
-Trial members have no access to members channels in our discord until they pass their trial.
