We are aware that the Petar & Jovan duo are constantly breaking cop rules.I have spoken to both of them about it and punished them - if this sort of behavior persists, let me know.
Now back to the topic, the first clip doesn't seem cop DM to me.They tried to attack the vehicle but instead managed to hit Anthony instead and I think that was accidental. Not everyone is dead accurate to only be able to hit the vehicle without accidentally hitting the bike driver. Not to mention how the player's hitbox takes up most of the bike and that there were 3 people constantly attacking the bike.
The 2nd clip is also fine to me as they only tried to immobilize the suspect, furthermore as you could see for yourself they stopped shooting after the suspect boarded off the vehicle.
No action will be taken towards Mr.Jingle and Menel33.
