High time we change this cringe ass ticket system. It feels retarded explaining something soo simple to mike and higher management again and again. There was a fucking riot on forum an year ago just cause staff complaints were private. Now staff and both player complaints are made private just so that can someone's shitty ai prompts can be of some use ticket system is utter garbage its useless it kills transparency.
I stopped playing MCNR after the new complaints system, even i stopped browsing MCNR forums when i used to browse it daily without playing in-game for years.

I miss the engagement and adrenaline in MCNR reports I was able to read out from people's sorrowful replies, It's truly heartbreaking that such part of MCNR's identity has been taken away just right away. The game is fillied with racist, uneducated people and boring gameplay, so you all took the only last hope, the community Itself.
