Hiding everything so that you can prevent troll comments is the same as removing roads because accidents happen. Completely eliminating a good feature because of some cons is absurd and dumb. You can always ban people, you can also enforce manual verification for new forum accounts like we had before if you really want to.
Pre screening comments is also the same, might aswell implement pre approved ingame chat messages lmfao, you can always delete comments and no one is going to die because someone insulted their family on mcnr forum, they can file a report and it can be taken down and you can ban the accused.
We already have pre screen suggestions so that they can be denied without the GENERAL PUBLIC (who actually play the game) even giving their opinions, so what you should do is completely remove the suggestions sub forum and we can just DM mike our ideas so he can implement the one he sees fit because that's what is going to happen either way?

BRING BACK THE OLD WAY TO REPORT/APPEAL BANS
IT WAS FUN READING ALL THE PLAYERS REPORTS!!! AND BAN APPEALS!!
I even once was in-active for years not joining server but reading player reports daily 🙂
Classic mike, completely ignoring any feedback from the community
