From forums to Claude Code support tickets, we have just degraded ourselves.
IF you really wanted to utilize your Claude Code tokens so eagerly, you should have kept the same implementation, but instead of keeping everything hidden, you should have integrated the new support system and existing forums. Create a default MCNR user in the forums, and only give that user permission to post in Ban appeals, Reports, Bug reports etc...
Configure your support system in such a way that when a user submits the report via the support section, the MCNR user posts on behalf of the user on the forums publicly, and everyone can reply to that topc, this will not eliminate transparency and keep your Claude Code tokens usage high. Reports should not be private, we already have seen what happens when we made staff reports private (one of the worst decisions, right behind the medkit debuff). Utilize this same logic for other things like Ban appeal, bug reports. This will keep your forums alive, which is probably why people hang out here. No one is interested in vibecoded support system slop
