how to save this server from dying in 2026 (as if it's not dead already)

in all seriousness, these are good and factual suggestions that i highly doubt will even be taken into consideration

1. Maybe. But this might provoke more rdm for some silly jokes and the whole server will become more hostile, especially to new players. Though rewriting the rules might be very welcome. Some of current rules are either vague, or not covering all the sides of the gameplay. (Medics/Firefighters right to shoot players for instance)

2. Not really useless, just need to let more people know about /ask and /helpme. Most of the time new players just ask questions in chat and most of the time get the answer anyway. Also a helper role is a stepping stone to mods/admins.

3. Not familiar with other CNR servers, can't really say much)

4. Getting up there is a very nice part of the game I would say. One of the things that actually kept me interested long enough. RPG element of the game is quite nice imo. Keeps you hungry for progression. Personal vehicles are a goal to strive for as a new player. Guns leveling is a one time thing that isn't even hard or time consuming.

5. As much as I see that relying on AI too much brings a lot of bugs, I can also understand that the dev team might be overwhelmed and also (very likely) not paid anything, Pure enthusiasm. AI code needs proper revision no doubt.

Just fixing current bugs would be very good. Server already has a lot to offer. Problem is, a good third of the features were somehow broken in 2.3 update. I joined during 2.2.9 and it was very smooth.

I really hope that some time in the future, server will get some love from Mike again and we will all laugh at how broken it was before, while enjoying this very cozy realm of MCNR again.

The server is dying because SAMP itself is dying, and there is a lack of new players income. This decline can only be delayed, and only through expensive advertising. Suggestions and other fantasies won't help. Your specific suggestions are just fantasies about changing the server into something you would enjoy, but not necessarily what other players want.

I agree, remove personal vehicles and add more random car spawns, keep the carshop so the vehicle vould be bought for single use until destroyed, this will fix economy and add variety of cars, current situation is bullet meta

this is something mcnr players cant swallow, being able to spawn a car anywhere 24/7 is taking the GTA out of gta

tbh we don't even need to remove PV's as such. Just no longer enabling people to summon them at any time in any place might be a good step forward.

Fix bugs already, stop ruining the server with the shitty updates,(i dit not have any single issue before the last 2) demote toxic admins, advertise on social media, and handle aimbotters in game.Youre welcome.
