Remove private vehicles / Rework them #9999

We're at point where Mike constantly keeps killing the game by keeping something which drives away new players the most, private vehicles

The fact that they're overpowered despite various tweaking makes playerbase retention even a bigger Isuse, new players getting chased down by a bullet quit the game after 5 minutes, also the fact that you can despawn one on and off makes it unfun for people who actually want to have some variety in gameplay, in this case stealing vehicles and using them (A cop commands someone's car, crashes it and someone cries making a complaint)

If you don't want to remove them at least make It so you can only take them from a garage, this way It's more balanced and fair for everyone and will ecourage people to steal cars and cops to use pursuit unit / jv cars.

This is not GTA Online, hence why such thing doesn't work and I don't know why is Mike dragging it especialyl with the lock thing he recently added as it confuses everyone.

Remove personal vehicles in general,  refund all the cash that was spent on vehicles or some %, add more vehicle spawnpoints in active citys, make vehicles that you can buy from store cheaper and one time use until destroyed (also can be stored in garage) to retrieve the vehicle you should go to the garage and get it out not spawn it in middle of nowhere. RPG element of spawning cars from air is ass, makes no sense to Grand theft auto and not lets mention that entire server is on bullet, infernus , nrg meta except for newcomers, noone really does steal any cars.


With that feature economy fix, more fair fights not only db, car variety on streets that players are driving not only sports cars, removal of RPG element (car spawning) would make it more closer to actual "cops and robbers" where robbers ether steal cars or buy them.

I decided to ditch private vehicles for the most part and played without them for like 2-3 weeks so far.

Gameplay is more fun and makes me more decisive about what I wanna do instead of rawdogging everything with bullet, I think everyone should try it before commenting on the suggestion.
