OFFICIAL NOTICE] Investigation into Missing Equipment – Typtics and Quatecirab Communication Incident

It has been brought to our attention that the pigeon dispatched to Agent Typtics and quartecirabs arrived safely at its destination; however, all high-tech transmission and tracking gear attached to the pigeon was reported missing upon arrival. Preliminary assessments suggest that the pigeon may have passed through Romanian airspace, where it is suspected that local anti-air defense systems may have intercepted and confiscated the attached equipment.

An official investigation into this incident will commence tomorrow to determine the cause, identify the parties responsible, and evaluate the potential impact on ongoing communication security. All relevant divisions and intelligence officers are advised to remain on standby for further instructions and to submit any information that could assist in the inquiry. Maintaining the integrity of our communication network remains our highest priority.
