To the Leaders of SARPLA and MRA,
On behalf of SAGPO (San Andreas Good Players Organization), I extend our appreciation for your responses and willingness to engage in this delicate but necessary dialogue.
We recognize the courage it takes to confront the past and the maturity required to explore a collaborative future. Your responses have affirmed our belief that justice, transparency, and community well-being must guide our shared path forward.
Let it be clear: SAGPO is not here to erase history but to shape what comes next. We are founded on the principle that past missteps, while not forgotten, must become lessons rather than shackles. Accountability does not preclude reconciliation — it demands it.
To MRA:
Your skepticism is noted and respected. True trust is not given, it is earned — through transparency, consistent behavior, and mutual respect. Your emphasis on structured engagement aligns with our own operational vision. We are prepared to build that structure, brick by brick, with you — if your commitment remains steady.
To SARPLA:
We appreciate your continued support and clear communication amidst the confusion. Miscommunication is a reality in high-tension environments, but your clarification and willingness to course-correct speak volumes about your intent. We look forward to deepening our coordination.
Next Steps:
We have officially attached an encrypted location file embedded within our team photograph taken earlier today in Albania. This photo not only marks the beginning of SAGPO but symbolizes a chapter written together — not in opposition, but in alignment.
Our headquarters will remain open in Albania for the coming days. We encourage both SARPLA and MRA to send representatives for in-person dialogue. Let this not be just another round of statements — let it be the turning point.
Thank you for your time, your responses, and — most importantly — your willingness to meet.
With respect,
Cashewz

On behalf of SARPLA, I extend our gratitude for your thoughtful message and the clarity with which you’ve expressed SAGPO’s intentions.
We welcome your recognition that reconciliation requires accountability and transparency, and we value your commitment to ensuring that the past becomes a guide rather than a burden. Your emphasis on structure and dialogue aligns closely with SARPLA’s principles of fairness, discipline, and due process.
Regarding your invitation, we acknowledge the significance of your headquarters in Albania and the symbolism it represents. While logistical matters will need to be carefully considered, SARPLA remains open to engaging further, whether through direct presence or coordinated communication.
Moving forward, we encourage that our discussions remain guided by respect and clarity. Miscommunication has proven to be a challenge in the past, but with shared intent, we can establish the trust required to build a stronger and more cooperative community.

Hey IngOff,
On behalf of my team, We acknowledge receipt of your message and extend appreciation for the gesture of dialogue. The willingness to move past prior disputes and focus on justice and transparency reflects an intent we recognize and value.
Your presence in Albania is duly noted. While SARPLA will consider the logistics of such a visit, we remind you that our official Embassy operates from Los Santos, from there, our representatives continue to enforce the standards of law and fairness that guide SARPLA’s mission.
Should direct attendance in Albania prove impractical, our Embassy remains available for secure and structured discussions. SARPLA remains committed to dialogue, but always with clarity, discipline, and respect.

The MRA is pleased to formally acknowledge the constructive meeting held today at the headquarters of SAGPO in Albania. After extensive and candid discussions with SAGPO and Mr. Jack_Ingoff, all parties have reached an understanding that enables us to put aside past disputes and move forward in a spirit of cooperation.

To Cashewz and the SAGPO Team,
On behalf of SARPLA, I extend a warm welcome and my sincere appreciation for your message. Seeing you step forward as the leader of SAGPO fills us with both confidence and hope. Your efforts in the past — standing against the injustices of MCSU (the so-called MCNR Corrupt Staff Organization) — helped liberate countless normal players from unfair treatment. For that, both SARPLA and MRA recognize your dedication and are truly happy to see you at the helm of SAGPO.
Your words reflect the same courage and vision that inspired many of us during difficult times. We fully support your call for justice, transparency, and community well-being to guide our path forward. SARPLA is committed to working side by side with SAGPO, strengthening trust and building structures that will benefit the wider community.
We especially value your symbolic gesture of embedding the encrypted location within the team photograph. It shows not only creativity, but a genuine intent to build alliances rooted in openness. SARPLA is eager to send representatives to Albania and engage in person, so that we can transform this dialogue into action.
Together with MRA, we look forward to deepening our collaboration with SAGPO and ensuring that the mistakes of the past become lessons for a stronger, united future.
With respect and anticipation,
MortaL.
