Hello MCNR Staff,

I used to play on your server a while ago and recently repaired my old PC to get back into the game. However, I forgot my in-game account name. I believe it was something like "xxxtentacion" but I'm not fully sure.

I also received a password reset email and changed my password successfully, but I can't log in because I'm unsure of the exact username.

Could you please help me recover my account? I can provide the email used for the reset if needed.

[/quote..]..a few days ago i did make an appeal since I was getting a "you are banned" from the server  and you said it was a samp bug since on your side It was saying I wasnt banned , today I played I wasnt really active so I left when I was about to play again the server requested a password yet ive never registered the account

Thank you, Shadowwalker, for lifting my ban while my case is being reviewed. As you mentioned:

“Will lift your ban for the meantime. In some cases, the information given to us can be wrong (rare)… Your case is still to be reviewed. For the staff complaint, it will be reviewed as well.”

I just want to mention that earlier I was accused by another staff member of being Diego099, which was later confirmed to be incorrect.

Now that my account has been unbanned, I’m still unable to log in because it’s requesting a password — even though I never set up a password for this account. Could you please assist with a password reset or removal so I can access my account again?
