Reading Sofia's news about this fine server had me thinking about a new job for people: Reporters!
Players in this job can use news choppers to follow around criminals and get paid. If the criminals are being chased by police there will be a bonus too!
If not, they can just get in a news van and report on various things going on around the map like in securicar missions. They are still able to follow criminals on the ground though.

TORENO_ the News Maverick and News Van already functions exactly as you described. You are paid 500$ per criminal in range for each 30 seconds tailing them.
It sounds good, +1 also add an interaction between firefighters and reporters, maybe reporters should be able to gain experience and money for taking photos of buildings in fire.
It's going to be rejected though but +1 for creativity

Additionally, if we don't already have the Newsvan acting the same as the News Maverick, we should. Never even seen those around on MCNR.
