There's a reason for job cooldown since people would probably just change to cop and bribe people out of jail and then back to civilian.

yeah i know but tbf 2 minutes would solve this. it's really annoying to get out of jail and then wait 5mins before i can go cop. maybe just reduce the time for when you just got out of jail!

As howl said, removing the waiting time totally would have players abusing this in several ways.

Solution to that - A cop can't bribe/parole for first 5-10 minutes on duty (Unless they joined the game as a cop already)

I mean stuff and missions such as time trial, sweeper and trash master could just have their time limits removed. No reason to have it added to them, they're not giga broken money makers or anything and is just fun. I understand the cooldown for others tho such as the going off and on duty, it wasn't like that back then anyway.
Imagine trying to compete to get rank 1 leaderboard in a race but you just gotta wait 5 mins every attempt highkey sucks
