Make recording compulsory for non threat kills

Just make killing ppl punished based on their race, if you shot person with black person's skin - no punishment, if you shot a homeless person too. but if you shot a white/asian person you'll get PSO

Not everyone has a powerful PC that can handle recording all the time expecting players to record 24/7 just isn’t practical. Many of us face lag or storage issues, and it’s not fair to be punished just because we couldn’t capture a moment on video. That’s exactly why the log system exists to help in situations where recording isn’t possible. Logs are reliable, unbiased, and built into the game for this very reason. Relying only on videos would make things unfair for a huge part of the player base who simply can’t afford to run recording software constantly.
The 'threat' status which appears below a criminals name is also bugged. Non threats get threat status on their label below their names but their /cr are clean this is confusing asf and it might again lead to a false reports where a criminal appears threat on a cops screen gets killed and turn out to be a non threat

If we come to a conclusion everything is messed up for cops we need quick rule changes remove your shit threat status it's not my fault if it gets bugged and a non threats die

You are left with two choices then either don't get bothered reporting if someone kills you when you are non threat or record on low fps
How many years does a suggestion takes to get under consideration and then get approved 2-3 years?

There are suggestions from feb 2024, I think no one is looking here. We use this more as to get attention that something is not right.
