I don't want to sound toxic towards you. I'm saying it politely.
Being toxic isn't a good idea for the server's growth. You think that as long as the server is not killed, it's okay to be toxic. But do you know how first impression of a company (or server in this case) is very essential/crucial?
Big companies do not allow toxicity in their staff system. And if a customer/consumer is being toxic (an uneducated person swearing in this example), he is not tolerated and gets warned or punished depending on what he said.
Big companies like Amazon, Rockstar does buy WinRAR's license PER computer, you know why? Because if they use an unlicenced version of a software, it ruins the image of the whole company.
You want to see some examples? Check on YT and search for small channels making their showreel or trying their best to make their content as professional as a successful YT channel. As a small channel. Some people comments, likes and even subscribes to the channel for being great as a small channel.
If you can make yourself to look good at the first chance, you get a chance to grow. If you don't make yourself good but you're highly talented, you're gonna have a huge pain to find your first opportunity to grow.
This is what happens as a small creator or a freelancer. You need to be 'good' in your first. And if you can prove that you are professional later, you'll get more benefits.
Take it or leave it, it's my opinion which is always useless.
are you hearing yourself?
