"lower compatibility" is because Kalcor has left SAMP development and we dont know how many exploits so far are in this version too.
So definitely no for this suggestion, too risky

open mp team have fixed and patched various exploits and im talking about sampfuncs R5 version
ill ask again, why? what benefits do you get out of running sampfuncs
It gives more customization of how SA-MP works. Like we can implement a calculator in SA-MP chat for example... I don't know much tho, I saw someone playing with it.

You can use hitmarkers with sampfuncs and change the position of everything in the screen (map, chat, health bar), i find it quite useful, but I'm not sure how "safe" can be
