If guard becomes weak then it lose the complete purpose of robbing bank. Robbing bank must be tough so that it is fun, it's not like some newbies robbing banks earning money in few minutes that cops would take hours to collect it.

This will give complete disadvantage over cops.

The bank  giving the police a chance to get into fights with the thieves because we all know that the purpose of this servant is to collect money and get into fights with the police. Stop spreading your nonsense around if you have a good idea you can post it here

You sure about that? Because cops can fight anywhere, any time, it doesn't need bank or any specific place to initiate fighting with reds.
