Add cameras as a house upgrade

I did kinda intend to do the same sort of thing for weed plants, so you can see who is stealing them. I guess it would be good

Maybe make it mention other players in close proximity, not just the person doing the break-in, kinda like the Mike (1) and 2 others are robbing the bank bank robbery message. Would help to be informed ahead if you're walking into a 1v1 or a 1v5 trap, and would make perfect sense that a CCTV would capture all of the enemies and not just the guy picking the lock.

Useful upgrade imo
