The problem with the Seasparrow isn't (only) that it's OP; the issue is its damage towards vehicles is untracable. If it were to be added, everyone would go around shooting up people's vehicles with no way to trace it. It's the same reason I can't add RPGs, Hydra/Hunter etc. Blame Kye not me.
