I want my IP revoked from all MCNR related databases, from now I'll use VPN cause I don't know who has my IP anymore.

Y'all still talking about me. If y'all want any proof that I'm not this guy I can give you any proof possible. I keep getting DM'ed and shit about this guy being me. Who wants proofs just let me know and just ask for what kind of proof you need. Let the guy alone 😂

Shut up fake overdoz registered today, your IP is also stored here and don't let staff to issue perm ban on your main account.

Chill retard , I'm not him.
you said you weren’t dio XD, what happened now  😆

Doesn't matter anything now, the only thing that matters is that you should let that guy alone. Ma start talking about his gameplay/time in the server or whatsoever. Do not accuse him being me. That's why I created a forum account just for him and for my name being mentioned here without any reason. You will keep yapping your whole life and you will never find any proof of Yoshi being me, because he's not me.

He also said he doesn't cheat, has a range rover, fucks bitches and whatnot
Oooh, I absolutely love waking up to more drama!

While everyone here has their right to an opinion on the matter, the evidence being shown here isn't that accurate. Then again there are ways around everything nowadays.

I am not going to reply here defending the actions of current managers, nor will I be saying the community is correct in this post. Here goes nothing -

Skin: Having the same skin means absolutely nothing, although it is possibly a red flag there are no rules stating you can't use the same skin as a serial ban evader - it could have been a coincidence, perhaps not we cannot get into the mind of this player.

Location: Overdoz lives in Albania as most would probably know, while as you detectives have found Yoshi lives in Israel. It's over 2000km between those 2 places, so the ping will be similar but once again that doesn't mean it's the same person.

Only a desperate person would travel 2000km just play MCNR and join the staff team, could be Overdoz but no solid evidence to say it actually is unless you've got like a video recording of them confessing.

VPN / IP: While VPNs are readily available, and there are premium accounts available that hide if they are a VPN to my knowledge not too many are about, multiple checks were done with currently the only IP logged for Yoshi and it's coming back as clean (no VPN detected) whilst this can be spoofed, all IPs currently match with no discrepancies between in-game, forum, etc. I understand this information can be spoofed, but I will keep my eyes open for any discrepancies or abnormal IP address changes.

Registration Date / Playtime: This will be the only part I agree with the community, and publicly give my agreement on the matter. 12 hours play time is by no means enough, further research should have gone into the player - 12 hours in and already a tester with access to the test server. There are places in check, which I believe were not followed.

Would it make the community feel more at ease, if for the foreseeable future the Operations Team which consists of Lancerb1, Mafiahunter, Mike, and myself did the hiring? As at the current stage it's more managers.

Damn Doz got alot of fans.

Apparently this topic ( https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,21369.0.html ) has been locked with no valid reason whatsoever.

Give us the freedom to say our (non-hateful) words and opinions on this matter.

How can you all decide whether to like a player or not to "exempt" him in only about 12 hours of $playtime?

He is also a donor btw (has Ryder skin).

I knew about overdoz being suixide from the beginning. How come you guys never figured it out that it was him? Also, he got kicked from the staff team out of nowhere, banned, etc. when the whole scandal about him came up and we were never given a valid explanation why was he in staff (with little $playtime as well) then why did he get kicked. We do not want him in the community let alone the staff team where he has free access to plenty of chatlogs, our IPs and such things.

Here's your (first) valid proof:

Your "Yoshi" guy claims he is from Israel but the server where MCNR is hosted is located in France and this Yoshi has like 88 ping from Israel???

Both overdoz and Mikazuki are from Albania and they share a similar ping.

Also no /pl (if you are really from Israel or that part of the world, it's a little bit common to have at least 0.10% or so sometimes)

Things are not ok, and it's not only myself who is saying this, it's like 99% of the community. Y'all should reconsider some things. If you really want overdoz in the staff team then at least hire him without making it official.

You're nothing but a Attention seeker.

Completely agree, only Operations Manager and Management should do the hiring process.

With strong evidence, which I will be happy to provide to you in private, I have reasons to believe that the current standards for the hiring process are too low nowadays and the community is not happy about it especially due to the fact that if the wrong people are in staff, our sensitive information is at risk and our general gameplay might be ruined as well (I have 0 infractions for a few months or so, and 2 mods and an admin are always /spec-ing me for absolutely no reason for several minutes while I am in game, they got my IP, chatlogs, PMs too).

I knew suixide/dio/whatever was overdoz from the very beginning and the people who hired him didn't? I am sure many people had the same suspicion. How come some regular players can distinguish such things easier than the people who hired him?

I am not saying everyone in the current management is bad. But the thing is, and I am sure others will agree, that most of the times there were made some poor decisions in the hiring part from the very beginning of the year.
To give you a hint: Just look how many people got hired this year then they either left or got kicked a bit later on. What is this? When you hire some guy, you need to be sure at least 90% sure that he is the right man for the job and somehow trust him (after maybe watching him and his behaviour for quite a while), not kick him out a few days later for some stupidity.

The whole ping-pong game just looks stupid to me. And from my perspective, most of the times people got hired just because they "got friends in high places". It also seemed to me like their position were promised. Not everyone has the skills or is right for such a position. Being a staff member requires dedication, being trustful and have some common sense in certain ways.

So tl;dr, I will be happy if only the Operations Team could really put the effort for the next "hirings".

Its not my business who hire the staff team and who decide to hire or not.
But you cannot hire a player who has only spent 12 hours on the server, nothing against Yoshi personally, but its just Good Sense.

You are literally letting a player which doesnt known the basic of MCNR, freely roam on the Test Server and whatever other restricted access area of MCNR forum, discord and Server(s).

Its simply unlogical hiring a total newbie player as Tester or whatever Staff Rank, while there are a lot of experienced players which you can choose and give a possibility.

In the tester application you have to checkbox all the requirements or you cant join as Tester, and one of the checkbox says
"I have played MCNR for atleast 3 months."
