It happened to me multiple times. I'm not sure how to replicate it exactly, but I remember the most recent incident.
I called a flare on the LSPD rooftop, fought some military guys. I died, broke out from jail, took the guns from the locker, and once I was on the LSPD rooftop, my flare wasn't there, although when I tried to /ammo, I would get the "A supply is already in progress." message.
Its beena lready confirmed you have to stay in the interior untill you hear the flare drop and when you go out to check it will say that is already dropping
Hello Hank_Montgomery, When reporting bugs make sure to check if maybe someone hasn't already reported it. Bug was fixed in the latest update.
