Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I don't know if the staff that pmed me is levii bc i dont wanna point fingers but anyways the staff didnt check my logs but as u can see i didnt ram him + im not the one driving.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	We're in LV and Myth is taking revenge on nxy

Any more information to provide?	yes, as u can see in the logs it says i "attacked" nxy with a vehicle collision but then u can see on 0:08 that im not the one driving infact its [oG]Rishee pv

But it said the chopper must be stationary to rappel

You can reppel as a passenger if the helicopter is static, standing still, in air by pressing h or somehing else, you even get a message when you're able to

But only on the normal maverick how about the police maverick?

In the server in the normal maverick u can rappel, but why cops cannot rappel on police maverick? Cause when u play on solo game or storyline u may encounter police maverick that were following u and sometimes swat team rappel down on the ground to attack u, so do MCNR can also implement this on the server!

If i request a personal vehicle but i change my mind and request another personal vehicle, the first requested personal vehicle will spawn then it will be gone cause i request another vehicle so the second one spawns then after its spawn it was in flames and blown up

So i become a police officer its all fine and then when i off duty, half i mean almost all my weapons are gone except for my ak and chainsaw, i thought this just normal so i go to Ammu-Nation then buy the weapons that i lost then after that day i again on duty as officer then, it happened again the weapons are gone AGAIN, i think it happened 3 times? i mean its not a big deal but buying again and again weapons is a bit annoying. (Also im not sure if its a bug/glitch)

Ban/infraction reason and details	It said i am banned PERMANENTLY for ban evasion which i dont do anything to get ban or break any rules, accidents sometimes:c, i just connect on the server then im about to type my password then the ban pop up i tried loging in several times it still tell me that im ban and says something "Ban Details: Ban Evasion - [tx].roki
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I got PERMANENT ban for ban evasion? I did not get ban and i dont even know how to evade a ban
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Im not sure but i just connect to the server just like yesterday then this ban pop up
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	nah i did not even get to play a minute
Any more information to provide?	This is my first ban in the server i dont really know what i did, im not a rule breaker (Maybe i did but an admin already tell me not to dm its an accident) also i dont use cheats, i only use fix animations.cs, textures and low end enb
