Securicar dude kills me

I stole his securicar and he was drivebying me from a cop car drove by FlyingBanana, a cop that gave him a ride. But instead of shooting the tires or the body of the securicar he shot me dead. I was alone and i didnt shoot a bullet during the chase or either when i stole his securicar (He jumped off and i stole it).

From what i know i can kill a criminal who stole the securicar.

WDYM? You should have shot the tires instead of the driver man! You should have stopped the securicar putting the cop car in front of it. Instead you killed directly the driver. You can't do that man. And you should have let the cop arrest me. Because you called a cop to pick you up. So the job of defending the securicar is him's

You can kill the player that steals the securicar and is driving it, because it's almost impossible to get him out since securicar has 5k health.
