You were rightfully banned for the use of Aim toggling, Aim Toggling is : When you hold a certain Key to lock your weapon on people.
You've been using it for god knows how long. I've managed to gather enough evidence to prove you've been using it.

the bank account's wouldn't be very useful in that case would it ?

you can rob people that recently robbed the bank / store / safes.
you can rob people that have around 10m$ in their bank account, they would carry the rest on their wallet to avoid paying taxes. [ if you have over 10m$ in your bank account you start paying taxes for that money ].

i see this making newbies' lives harder, since it's almost only them that get robbed.

As staff members we try to respond to every report we can see, but as Cash said they might not get reported in the first place. but rest assured that the staff team is doing the best they can to enforce all rules on everyone.

Sometimes we get reports where a bystander would report a cop for shooting someone else and saying : Shooting non threat. without mentioning who they shot which makes it even harder for us to figure out what happened.

Sometimes there wouldn't be enough evidence to punish someone, and we can't punish people with out concrete evidence.

To help us out getting everything in control you could record your gameplay and report on forum and you can also be more specific on the report details if you report them in game.

As Sm0ke said just go to https://www.mikescnr.com/sig/ put your ig Username and you'll see three modes of Signatures. below each one there's a link you can copy and put as your signature.

To edit your signature you need to go to Profile > Forum Profile > "Add your signature link" > then Press Change profile.

From the action logs i see that he was shooting your car and not you.
Cops are allowed to disable criminals' cars in order to arrest them.

Smokey_ did not damage you at all, he only shot your car, and you were taken down by another cop.

Invalid report.

From the action logs it did look like Shay.1337 and [OP]grozinsky were teaming up so the fact that they killed u together after you rammed [OP]grozinsky counts grozinsky's revenge and should not have attempted a second revenge [ Shooting your car ].

Well from your evidence, i can see that:
1- The cop Misty failed to cuff you as you resisted the cuffing.
2- Then i would assume you did not surrender since you did resist the cuffing and you didn't mention in your report details that you surrendered.
3- The cop 2number9s started shooting you after the cop Misty stopped cuffing you, in which case you were still a threat.

I'm gonna leave this open so you'd explain your report a bit more, and correct me if i'm wrong instead of posting two pictures and only saying
