You don't need discord to do that. Just go to this site below and enter your in-game nick.

Go to https://mikescnr.com/sig > Enter your ig name> You will see 3-4 signatures/photos like the above mentioned. Copy any one link and paste them in 'Signature' in your Forum Profile settings

As Sm0ke said just go to https://www.mikescnr.com/sig/ put your ig Username and you'll see three modes of Signatures. below each one there's a link you can copy and put as your signature.

To edit your signature you need to go to Profile > Forum Profile > "Add your signature link" > then Press Change profile.
