unfortunately this is not a comedy show and you're not a comedian, people are here to have fun, not to hear your racist jokes, and you were clearly aware of your action.
shouldn't have joked with such things.
I never said its a comedy show nor i am a comedian. Its a game where we play with our friends ,have fun, make jokes and chill. I might have said somethings out of limit and i do apologize for that but in no manner i was trying to be offensive. And if you know me i am not the type of person who makes racist slurs or tries to offend someone . All am trying to say is i was joking/messing around and even after that if my statements were offensive i would like to apologize again. Also it doesnt deserve 3 infraction points.

| Any more information to provide? | So I ve got 3 infraction points for saying "What's the whitest thing a black person has" "his owner" , "bro practiced how to run from police since childhood". I think staffs have forgotten what is sarcasm. I said those statements as jokes. And even after giving 3 infraction points this person is not satisfied who himself says the n word in reports. My jokes can be little dark at times but in no world what i said was offensive. But even after that i do apologize for some of the statements. I personally believe maybe some of my statements were racist but it doesn't deserve 3 infraction points. I would like the staffs to reduce my infraction points. Also i am locking the topic because i don't want the response of some prodigy kids  |

So i will face a whole Job Reset for damaging a suspect while drive bying him as a driver while the suspect being on a bike.
Even in the last appeal that guy was paused and i still got job ban.
I want a higher staff to take care of this appeal.
And nxy what if someone mistakenly shoot the suspect while shooting on the tires cause no one has a perfect aim and the hitbox of bike is rigged.
So i will face a whole Job Reset for damaging a suspect while drive bying him as a driver while the suspect being on a bike.

The second video, He came to us with the Heli and killed WorkRate, then committed suicide after we tried to kill him to avoid the Desk Job. (I apologize if this isn't reportable, but my teammates assured me it is).Evidence (Images/Videos etc.) 1.

« on: September 09, 2023, 05:09:25 pm »Attacking non-threat suspects is not allowed regardless of what your intentions were. The punishment is indeed harsh but you are no stranger to how the rules work since you've been around for quite a while and got one HELL of a rule-breaking history. Most of the times I'd go easy given the situation however factoring in everything I said that's enough for me to warrant such a harsh punishment.My last pso was a month ago ( i got job banned for killing a paused player). Yes I know the rules, But seriously I didnt knew that u cannot even drive by a person on the bike as a driver.I ll be careful next time,I wont shoot the person on bike, I ll just let him go.
Please note that this 1 instance where you were reported is actually what warranted the stage 3 PSO, there's no 3 separate complaints. Quite frankly, I was considering a job ban but I think that would be way too harsh so next time try to be mindful of our rules.

Saying "nigga" isn't racist, people dont use the word Nigga to spesifically hate on any race, in most context its the same exact thing as "dude"
Nigg** however is racist, and especially using it as an insult is racist

I clearly understand that it is a very inappropriate word but so is the n word but we can say it in mcnr, its kind of funny where we draw that line. And if you guys say that we punish players for saying the n word if the other person find it insulting then why dont let this word given the same type of treatment and if that sounds wrong too then dont let anyone say that word by simply turning that word into a ****.
