Add new commands to spawn your vehicles faster!

maybe just /summon to summon the active vehicle
or /v Infernus , /v Shamal ecc...
if you own it ofc, otherwise is "You don't own an Infernus"
In my opinion that's not so necessary tbh, just set a veh as fav and you can summon it real fast

I need to make it so you can give your vehicles 'shortcodes' to request them. These can be short strings of text up to 12 characters long maybe, and you can do '/pv '

This is coming in the next update as 'shortcodes' you can set for each vehicle, as described above.
