Mobile Banking

As the title says, my suggestion is to add Mobile Banking feature. /mbank command to access bank services like Viewing Transactions, Sending money to an offline player, change ATM pin, etc.

I guess, so it will be easier to access bank services or sending money to people, if he's offline or "left/crashed/kicked" maybe this helps if well..

that makes atm useless

Atm will be useful, to withdraw and deposit cash which cannot be done by mobile banking.

"Commonly rejected suggestions: - Mobile phone feature: it's unoriginal, doesn't fit the 1992 setting, and the Interaction Menu already exists"

Almost the same, so no.
