And yes,
depending on the situation about the supply drop, for example, if you've requested a drop and another player comes trying to steal it (by waiting for the supply to land on the ground), then of course you can attack/murder them and If you've already dropped a supply drop and another player is far from it, this is not a reason to attack/kill that person.
