The server slots have been increased from 64 to 100.

FIXED- Players that join with an invalid name and are viewing the 'Change your name' dialog no longer taken out of this for city transition, making them stuck in it.

- Medics and firefighters can no longer collect bank robbery cash bags.

- Fixed bug where if a player had exactly 90% health and opened the hospital menu, the 'heal' option would be greyed out (health does not need refilling) but selecting it would refill health.
- Fixed a bug in the server-controlled health/damage system which could allow a hacker to 'spoof' damage from invalid player IDs and crash parts of the script.
- Fixed a bug where a player's civilian skin could be saved as a job skin, resulting in the inability to return to being a civilian.
- Fixed players being unable to join with periods in their name. Names with two or three periods in are still restricted, but 1 or 4+ are allowed.
- Fixed a bug that caused an information popup regarding city change to not appear before city change explaining it to players.
