The main purpose of this update is to try and address issues with players' games crashing in certain areas of the map, namely Idlewood/Ganton. The cause has been narrowed down to being too many vehicles in the area. The number of vehicles has been limited to 100 vehicles within a 500 meter radius. This may be able to be increased in the future with testing, but having a stable game is more important than having lots of cars.

The vehicle limiter can be adjusted during runtime (without restarting the server) so I could keep trying to increase it and see what happens. It requires a city change though to reload all the vehicles.

NEW
- Vehicle repair kits can now be purchased from gas station checkpoints.
    - Engine repair kit can be used to repair your engine.
    - Tire repair kit can be used to repair popped tires.
    - Both are inventory items and must be equipped via inventory (/inv or via interaction menu) to use.
    - You can hold one engine repair kit and 4 tire repair kits. One use only.
- You can now repair your vehicle at any gas station checkpoint.
- Fishing catch of the day is now re-advertised at 5 PM in case players miss the first announcement. It was already possible to use /catchoftheday (/cotd) to re-show it but not all players will be aware
of this.

- After city change spawning players will now be reminded about /gps as new players may struggle navigating a new city.

CHANGED
- Gas station checkpoint 'modify vehicle' menu redesigned to match other menus.
- Gas station checkpoint licence plate change is now more expensive if the vehicle is stolen.
- You can no longer spam animation commands within 3 seconds of each other. It was causing players to freeze for certain animations.
- Reduced prize in fishing treasure chest.
- Slightly redesigned week stats textdraw to have title text above box, and expanded box to fit new fish caught/sold line.
- Storing a house robbery stolen item in a vehicle trunk will no longer close the trunk, leaving it open to allow faster robberies.

FIXED
- Fixed hospital menu charging players for a medkit if they selected it but had no room in inventory.
- Fixed 'Engine broken press 2 for mechanic' subtitle staying on-screen after engine repaired.
- You can no longer /piss while already pissing.
- Fixed 'You cannot offer a service to a player that also provides this service' message showing to receiver not provider.
- Disabled kicking from health/armour anticheat while there are problems with it, and also disabled the part of it that kills you twice on death.
- Players can no longer enter a dealership test drive vehicle when the city is about to change.
- Fixed 'quit to avoid' arrest message saying cop was arrested by suspect.
- Fixed bug with ammo drop where if a player left the dropped ammo bag to expire, they wouldn't be able to call for another one.
- If a player's 'Show player nametags' setting is turned off, this should now affect newly-connecting players and also load when you join.
- Possibly fixed issue with carwash water particles persisting after carwash used.

Configuration changes
- Job service offer range increased from 8 to 10 meters.
- Clubs are now open from 17:00 til 5:00 as opposed to 20:00 and 4:00.
- ATM withdraw/deposit limit increased from 10000 to 50000.
- Money and score gain textdraws now shown for an equal amount of time (5 seconds).
- Time limit for robbing another player decreased from 25 seconds to 10.
- Cop crime response checkpoint expiry increased from 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cops 'assist bonus' range increased from 50m to 75m.
- Reduced wanted level evasion time by 15 seconds.
- Players will now fall off vehicles at a slightly lower speed (40 mph from 45).
- Maximum cop roadblocks/spike strips increased from 10 and 5 to 8 and 3.
- Cop rank require for roadblocks and spike strips increased from level 1 to level 5.
- Cop rank required to access special pursuit vehicles (bike/sport/super) decreased from 8, 6 and 10 to 7, 6 and 8 respectively.
- Level required to become a cop increased from level 8 to 10.
- Level required to become a medic or firefighter increased from 5 to 8.
- All other jobs require level 5 as before.
- /report will now vote-kick after 3 votes down from 5.
- Cops 'quit to avoid' detection range increased from 150m to 200m.
- Food health gain limit decreased from 60 seconds to 45 (you can only gain health from food every 45 seconds).
