I agree, but should be subject to the following:

* No ability to /medkit if taken damage in last 10 seconds (or however long damage time limit is usually)
* Must be inside vehicle to /medkit aka no-driveby
* Driver must be stationary to /medkit

I think you should not be able to be driving while doing it but otherwise yes - good idea.

In the default medkit usage there is a cooldown to use after taking damage. So it would be obvious to be added it in the vehicle medkit usage too.
As for your 3rd point. I've already added it in the suggestion.

Sorry, My mistake. I didn't edit it and add it in the first post, instead i posted it as another post/reply. Now I've edited the 1st post.

Good idea but while using a medkit u should not be able to control your car while healing
