Skin Mods Have No Advantages - Why are they disallowed then?

Why are skin mods not allowed? I need a proper response from either Karbz or Mike. Like crosshair modding had a proper reason, I need a reason on this one too. Because there is no skin mods I know that changes collision.

Not currently informed if the hitbox changes but still gives you many other advantages, still makes it way easier to kill a skinny skin, makes it easier to see where your enemy is (if hides behind anything). Also it gives you an advantage while you drive-by shooting at his head. (ex. Black bullet with black clothes and skin I can make his head full bright red so I will be able to see where to shoot, cause it is difficult after a chase)

It's an advanced modification recently re-made. Like if I make myself tiny with a swat skin, only I will be tiny, nobody else.

Provide something which proves that the hitbox is the same. Anyway, we do not have control over this, allowing this can result in people using skins with small hitboxes. Also what about running speed difference? Shooting difference? So many issues can come from this. I don't think this will ever be allowed.

I see no problem with skin mods personally. Even if I were to use a small skin mod, in your screen if my small modded skin isn't the same for you, you can shoot my character (let's say skin 1 for example) and you shoot me, I'll take damage just normally. The hitbox won't change at all.
