I don't you well, but I feel that instead of just demanding just wait and have patience. You can't make someone reply to you or do what you want. If this doesn't fit your agenda then by all means leave and find another server. Its that simple. They are putting in time and effort to make the server/ community free from people that doesn't respect others. Not my place to tell you to leave but its strongly recommended that you find a new place or better yet make a server of your own to do as you please.

Dude, you don't know about this server man. It's not just about me. Staff members do not even know the rules and they make their own rules whenever they want.
And talking about being patient, I have been waiting for a month. And yeah, it's common that this server doesn't reply to threads like this. They know that they have nothing to say.
It is MCNR. It was like this, it will stay like this. It will never grow but stay the same with bunch of kids spreading slurs in in-game chat. After they become an adult, they will just leave this server like everyone else. Many staff members who were never toxic, were very friendly and helpful, left this server completely.
