Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? Maybe because, i was using VPN just to minimize my ping and avoid packetloss and have more time playing because this is my favorite server of SAMP so far, so sir please reconsider because i love this game so much that it made me appeal
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?I really don't know sir what happen, after i opened i receive a message that i am banned already  :'(
Any witnesses that can vouch for you? Restricted, [T]Crosby, Vutton, xXXZidaineXXx knew i wasn't cheating
Any more information to provide?Sir please, do reconsider, i wasn't cheating or something i just only used VPN because its too high ping to play SAMP here in PHILIPPINES, CEBU. im begging sir
