Removal of property sale price limit

I propose a removal of the $10,000,000~ price limit for houses.

Reasons:
- Free market economy, baby!
- The free market provides the best possible route to achieving the most happiness and security for the greatest number of people

Maybe gets increased a bit but completely remove no, there won't even be a use for it I belive that's how people think, why would they spend +20m for a house 15m is fine and just 2 or 4 props can be sold in that price.
Appreciate your effort on this video but no, removing the limit will cost nothing but uncontrollable price limits

Exactly - there are a small number of highly desirable properties that would be sold above 10m. Most players would not spend extravagant amounts but surely it's best left up to market forces to decide?

That is the exact point in removing the limit, making price limits uncontrolled and left up to market forces.

The limit is there to prevent people selling houses for stupid money.

Players won't purchase them for stupid money if that's what they're listed at. Maybe it should be increased to $100m as some houses are extremely desirable, such as CJ's Mom's, Ryder's, Big Smoke's, and so on. Players can then bargain among themselves to pay what they see fits best.

Especially with the new payouts, such hyper-desirable properties will definitely be worth more than $10m.
