l won the runner-up prize but instead of getting 100 to 300k i got 24k. Is that possible? Usually the runner up prize is always above 100k, at least it could be 50k, but not 24 XD

The runner up prize in lotto is the 10% of the current jackpot so it is possible to get that amount.
