It'll add a crosshair if you shoot or hit someone and the sound will also be played.
Installation: Put Cleo and models folder in your GTA SA directory, done.
If you don't want the sound, you can open and edit it by yourself. Just open the .ini file, there you'll see sound = 1. Change 1 to 0 and done.
Remember, hit marker and hit marker sound.
