did you tested it in game im not sure if this give a unfair advantage against others

This mod can be used in SA-MP also but it will remove some of its features cuz they can give advantages like changing vehicle's handling etc.
It has some .ini stuff to modify it and IT WON'T MAKE U BAN. But I'm recommending not to use in samp servers cuz it needs a huge time to modify vehicles and also the cars u modified won't show to other peoples.

At first, try this mod in SP then come to samp.

lol, it's not for samp servers MAYBE (less than 1%) they can see ur modified cars... but it's only for SP, it's also for samp but only for u...

ffs, you can add turbo into ur vehicle and change the paint job whatever u want with this mod.

Do not use any hacking or cheating programs in any circumstances
Cheating or hacking programs are not allowed in any form. This includes mods (and CLEO mods) which affect other players such as changing running speed animations.

Cheaters will be banned from the server.

Do not use gameplay-affecting modifications
Game modifications are allowed to a certain extent, however any modification which alters what another player experiences is outright disallowed. For example lowering the suspension on a vehicle is not allowed as other players will see the original vehicle model and it will be clipping into the ground.
