Dont know if anyone noticed this before shooting the bike driver as passanger is possible not like in car passangers cant shoot each other. So i accidently started shootin my crewmate and noticed that is not considered as crime replicate it with him as a cop same thing. So that means when on bike as passanger Drive-by on the driver is not considered as crime until kill.
